Well laid out, perfect for larger Rvs and very clean with wonderful facilities block. Certainly in our 'top ten sites' and we have stayed on many over the years! We have the Trek on pitch 45 with the TOAD parked end on and we are still not at the end of the pitch - and 45 is not the biggest! Highly recommended and certain to use again if ever we are in this area - it has much to recommend it but is a long way from home. Well placed for Antrim visitor hotspots, good cafes, pub and distillery. Well laid out, perfect for larger Rvs and very clean with wonderful facilities block. The hosts are really friendly and the site is very well looked after. On the map, the lane leading to the site looks a bit scary but don't worry, it's very quiet and you shouldn't have any problems getting in. The site is also in the middle of a 'dark skies' area, so if you're into astronomy do make sure you take at least a pair of binoculars, preferably your scope also as the night sky is amazing. If planning a route from the M4 westbound, I'd recommend not taking the route via Ammanford as you'll hit loads of small villages so it's quite a slow journey. I'd suggest taking one of the routes, not long after the bridge, that go up via Brecon. We did this route on the way back and it was much better. This is a cracking site and takes RVs of any size. Toilets /showers not 2011 but still good and well kept. (£5 deposit for key) Good stay over if you going futher north, we were on way to Aberdeen, and stayed on way back as well.
